3) The weekly reports' patternized search, informed inclusion / exclusion of news items (based on feedback from senior decision makers in public and private sectors in Washington, DC, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Delhi and elsewhere), and prioritized presentation of the news items (based on the totality of our knowledge, experience and judgment at the time of electronic publication) constitute legally protected proprietary enhancements of the elements, as do the stylized forms / versions of the Update and Summary.

6) The Summary provides an overview of the full Update, but without excerpted contents and without Web links.

7) The Weekly Express News Update, like the Summary, provides an overview of the full Update but provides Web links.

8) Whatever use recipients receiving the reports directly and/or any third parties receiving the reports indirectly make of any form of the reports, complete or excerpted, is purely their own responsibility - Michael G. Frodl, Esq. & C-LEVEL Maritime Risks accept NO liability.

9) The full Update, Summary and Weekly Express News Update come out once weekly, usually and where normally possible (unless indicated earlier otherwise in writing to registered recipients) by 0000 hours every Monday on Washington, DC time.
